Berry Chia Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries

  • ½ banana

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • Small piece of fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ground ginger)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
